Each November Susie runs a week-long Meditation retreat at the tranquil Daku Resort on Fiji’s second island, in a very unspoilt and quiet area where you can discover the real Fijian culture.

Spend a wonderful, relaxing week in a tropical paradise with like-minded people. This retreat is suitable for everybody, from beginners to teachers of meditation.  Enjoy a daily morning gentle yoga practice, meditation and mindfulness workshops with guided meditations of different types, some optional silent meditations, guided snorkelling excursions, delicious food and great company.
